Private Sessions
A quiet treatment room inside NOR.
A place to slow down, to be listened to, and to return to the body.
Each session is shaped around what you need in the moment. There is no fixed formula — only attentive presence and a combination of practices chosen intuitively for you.
Sessions draw from:
— Therapeutic massage, working with tension held in muscles, fascia, and the nervous system
— Reiki, a gentle energy practice supporting balance and restoration
— Sound healing with singing bowls, allowing vibration to move through the body as a deepening tool
